Karen weaves together channeled oracle insights with Reiki healing to create a sacred space for reflection and renewal.
Why Monday? I can't think of a better way to enter our week than with conscious intention and loving awareness. Come as you are. No prior experience with Oracle cards or Reiki is needed — just bring an open heart and your presence. Let’s step into the week together, grounded and balanced.

What to bring:
-Water Bottle
-Yoga Mat
Optional:
-Pillow (If you want to lay down)
-Eye Covering if you prefer total blackout
-Journal and Pen
What to wear:
-Comfy clothes that make you feel good and you can lay/sit on the floor in.
-Dress in layers as temperature may vary throughout.
-Feel free to wear your HALLOWEEN COSTUME if you feel called!
Rules:
-No drugs or alcohol
-No shoes in circle
-Honor the boundaries of yourself, one another, and of the space itself.
