About Me
Hello, I’m Karen, a Oneness Initiate here to anchor unity consciousness on the planet. As a Transpersonal Coach, Mystic, and Energy Intuitiv, I support people on the path of healing, expansion, and embodied transformation. My work bridges mystical insight, emotional depth, and practical wisdom to help people come home to themselves.
MISSION
To minimize suffering on the planet and shift collective consciousness toward authenticity, unconditional love, and a greater sense of Oneness.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
As a mystical child, I often felt in the world but not of it. I kept many of my divine experiences, pain, and questions to myself. Over time, I became intimately acquainted with the suffering that can arise from feeling separate from Source, self, and one another.
This journey led me into deep relationship with mystics, healers, and wisdom keepers who have battled ruthless trials, existing between worlds and emerged out of darkness with clarity, compassion, and profound spiritual insight. This quantum investigation has gifted me with deep understanding of the human condition and our profound capacity for love, pain, and transformation. Through my own encounters with the divine, I have found my vocation: to help people move through awakening, healing, and transformation with greater truth, sovereignty, and embodied love.
JOURNEY & BACKGROUND
My journey is grounded in both academic and mystical exploration. I hold undergraduate degrees in English, Ecofeminism, and Clinical Nutrition, as well as graduate degrees in Women's Studies, with a concentration in Maternal Healthcare and in Consciousness Studies and Transpersonal Psychology, with concentrations in Experiential Learning and Conscious Curriculum Development. My focus has always been on the complex interconnection of the mind, body, spirit, and nature.
For fifteen years, I worked in inpatient clinical nutrition at Yale-New Haven Hospital, where I developed a deep understanding of the body’s physiological needs. Alongside of this work, I have spent two decades immersed in Reiki healing and energy anatomy, exploring the body’s energetic and spiritual dimensions. Mystical and emotional experiences influence human potential, playing a pivotal role in shaping personal growth by either driving transformation or creating barriers to it.
For the last decade, I have immersed myself in experiential learning through mystery wisdom teachings and temple arts within conscious communities. This deeply intimate journey to the edge of self and Oneness has guided my exploration into the following: transpersonal psychology, both traditional and spiritual coaching, including IFS Therapy and Energy Anatomy, as well as shamanism, tantra, psychosomatic presencing, mysticism, dreamwork, archetypal mythology, temple arts, alchemy, and hierogamy.
While each pathway unique, my inquiry has remained the same: Why are we here? What is blocking love? How can we command our spirit and manage our power better?
My Approach
I bring a transpersonal and holistic lens to this work. That means I honor the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and soul. I believe healing and transformation happen most deeply when we are willing to meet ourselves honestly, compassionately, and with reverence.
My work is rooted in self-awareness, sovereignty, consent, accountability, and spiritual integrity. I am here to help people navigate healing, awakening, and transformation in a way that is grounded, meaningful, and deeply personal.
