Hello, I’m Karen, Transpersonal Educator, Oracle, Spiritual Guide, and Reiki Master. By nature, an empath and stubbornly curious intellectual. I love learning how people and systems function and how they can function better. Specifically, identifying what flows and what disrupts, and how we can rebuild ourselves in a way that maximizes impact and resonance.
MISSION
To minimize suffering on the planet and support the shift of collective consciousness toward authenticity, unconditional love, and a greater sense of Oneness. I work with individuals, groups, and organizations as they navigate their sacred path toward self-awareness, accountability, and true sovereignty.
TRANSPERSONAL PEDAGOGY
My work is dedicated to fostering transformative learning experiences that transcend conventional education. Transpersonal pedagogical principles emphasize interconnectedness, self-awareness, and the integration of spiritual and existential dimensions, encouraging learners to explore their fullest potential through immersive, meaningful experiences. This approach views learning as a holistic journey, engaging the mind, body, and spirit to inspire growth that is both deeply personal and universally connected.
I design offerings that encourage individuals to explore their inner landscapes, access higher states of awareness, and connect with their greater potential and higher self. Whether through personalized sessions, immersive workshops, or community events, I create intentional spaces where participants can uncover new insights, embrace their authentic truth, and experience profound self-discovery.
JOURNEY
My journey is grounded in both academic and mystical exploration. I hold undergraduate degrees in English, Ecofeminism, and Clinical Nutrition. Additionally, I hold a graduate degree in Women's Studies, with a concentration in Maternal Healthcare and a graduate degree in Consciousness Studies and Transpersonal Psychology, with a concentration in Experiential Learning and Conscious Curriculum Development. My focus has always been on the complex interconnection of the mind, body, and spirit.
My 15 years in inpatient clinical nutrition at Yale-New Haven Hospital, focusing on the body’s physiological needs, and 17 years of experience in Reiki healing and energy anatomy, exploring the body’s energetic dimensions, have offered profound insights into how mystical and emotional experiences influence human potential. These experiences play a pivotal role in shaping personal growth, either driving transformation or creating barriers to it.
For the last decade, I have immersed myself in experiential learning through mystery wisdom teachings and temple arts within conscious communities. This deeply intimate journey to the edge of self and Oneness has guided my exploration into the following: transpersonal psychology, both traditional and spiritual coaching, including IFS Therapy and Energy Anatomy, trauma work, specifically in spiritual madness and the "dark night of the soul", as well as shamanism, tantra, psychosomatic presencing, mysticism, dreamwork, archetypal mythology, temple arts, alchemy, and twin flame hierogamy. While each pathway unique, my inquiry has remained the same, focused in sovereignty, boundaries, consent, authenticity, mystical sobriety, and energy anatomy. I have held the same questions throughout, "Why are we here, what is blocking love, and how can we command our spirit and manage our power better?"
WHY I DO THIS WORK
As a mystical child who felt in the world, but not of the world, I kept my divine experiences to myself. I became intimately acquainted with the collective suffering that arises from facing the original wound, our perceived separation from Source. This divine suffering kindled an affinity with the mystics, shamans, and holy figures who have battled painful trials, existing between worlds. These figures braved chaos, darkness, and pain, emerging with unshakeable wisdom and mystical gifts. Their resilience has inspired my growth and life’s mission. Through my intimate encounters with the divine and the mystery, I have found grounding as a Transpersonal Educator and Spiritual Guide.
This quantum investigation has gifted me with a deep understanding of the human condition and our profound capacity for love, pain, and transformation.
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
I support the healing of healers. We each have a unique soul imprint that carries with it our soul's mission and purpose. I am here to help facilitate the soul's awakening and support the body-mind throughout this profound journey. Each modality of healing, each path of scholarship, and experience has allowed me to expand my relationship with the divine mystery, surrender to the unseen world, and excavate immense awareness that I get to share with you.
